Jim Powers, the owner of All Star Limousine, had worked in the industry for almost a decade prior to branching out on his own. He had seen the ins and outs of the executive car and limousine industry and he had seen how to do it right and how to do it wrong. Jim then dedicated himself to the establishment and growth of All Star Limousine.
This company was grown the exact way any executive car service should grow, they developed their service, obtaining the newest vehicles the latest technology and the only the best chauffeurs and office staff available in an effort to be able to offer only premiere service.
